Every booking begins with an in-person meet-and-greet.
The meet and greet isn’t paperwork — it’s where the trust starts.
When you’re away, we want your pet to see a familiar face at the door. We want to know which corner of the couch is theirs, how they take their walk, what a good day looks like — and what an off day looks like too. We want to be the steady presence that makes your absence feel smaller.
None of that is possible if we’ve never met.
The meet and greet is how we become that for your pet before you ever need us. It’s where we learn their world — so that when the moment comes, we’re not strangers walking in. We’re someone they already know.
That’s why it’s required for every new client, every time. Not as a formality, but as the foundation for everything that follows.

Dog Walks
Your dog gets a real walk — not a rushed lap around the block. One-on-one time, a consistent route they’ll start to love, and a sitter who pays attention to all their quirks and learns their habits. You get GPS updates, a photo, and a dog who’s ready for a nap.

House Sitting Loyalty —
Return client priority booking
Clients who have completed at least one house sitting stay receive priority access to the calendar during peak periods (school breaks, major holidays, summer). No discount — access is the incentive, on a first come, first served basis.
Extended stay bonus:
Book 7 or more consecutive nights and receive one complimentary 30-minute drop-in visit upon your return home. A welcome-back gift for them, an introduction to daytime services for you. 14 consecutive nights or more booked will be at our lower "extended stay" rate.
