Our Community Commitment
Because good care should reach everyone who needs it.
Trusted Hands, Generous Heart
It's more than a tagline. It's a core value and not just for our four-legged friends. It goes for you too.
Play. Paws. Repeat. was started with the intention of being able to give back to the community it serves. Not as an afterthought or a marketing strategy. As a structural part of how this business operates.
A commitment to service has always been a core part of who we are. With years of support throughout the community for causes like Rosie's Place, delivering groceries for veterans and seniors, or cleaning houses for people battling cancer. This history of meaningful local engagement was the catalyst for founding this initiative at Play, Paws, Repeat.
Our business model is straightforward: Play. Paws. Repeat. offers affordable commercial services with outstanding value while generating the margin necessary to fund our community initiatives. Every membership, specialty package, and Inner Loop booking serves a dual purpose. You receive genuine value from your purchase, and that value directly enables us to provide care at a reduced-rate or free to those in our community who need it most. You're not just contributing to charity; you're getting a top-tier service that does good.

Navigating Serious Illness or Treatment
Life doesn’t pause for hard seasons, and neither does your pet’s need for care. For clients managing extended illness, treatment, or recovery, we do what we can to make sure their pet’s care isn’t one more thing to worry about.
Every situation is different. Reach out and we’ll have a conversation about what works best for you.
Entering Recovery
Through Safe Harbor — our temporary foster program — we work to find stable, loving placements for pets whose owners need to step away for treatment. Because the decision to get help is hard enough without wondering what happens to your dog.
If you or someone you know is in this situation, reach out. We’ll take it from there.
Extended Medical or Disability Situations
Sometimes life hands you something that makes home pet care temporarily impossible — a hospitalization, surgery, disability, or extended deployment that shifts everything. Safe Harbor serves these families too, with temporary foster placement and ongoing connection between pet and owner throughout.
